简介：TheLatinAmericanconstitutionalsystemhasproducedmanyinnovations,amongwhichaparadigmaticconcept,thewellliving(buenvivirorsumakkawsay),setforthintheEcuadorianConstitution,sinceitrepresentsanalternative,decolonial,andpluralisthorizon,whichcontributesradicallytoredefinethespacesoflegalityandtransformexistingcolonialrelationsintheperipheralsocietiesoftheglobalsouth.Therefore,itisproposedtoanalyzethisethicalnormativeconcept,startingfromacritical-socialandpluralistinterpretation,revealingthedisplacementofanthropocentrismfromeurocentricmodernitytoaworldviewpropertoandeanculture,whichprivilegeslifeandtherecognitionofdiversityasstructuringaxesofsocial,economic,legal,andpoliticalrelations.
