简介:ReconstructinganHR(high-resolution)imagewhichpreservestheimageintrinsicstructuresfromitsLR(low-resolution)counterpartishighlychallenging.Thispaperproposesanewsurfacereconstructionalgorithmappliedtoimageinterpolation.Theinterpolationsurfaceforthewholeimageisgeneratedbyputtingallthequadraticpolynomialpatchestogether.Inordertoeliminatethejaggiesoftheedge,anewweightfunctioncontainingedgeinformationisincorporatedintothepatchreconstructionprocedureasaconstraint.Extensiveexperimentalresultsdemonstratethatourmethodproducesbetterresultsacrossawiderangeofscenesintermsofbothquantitativeevaluationandsubjectivevisualquality.
