简介：中国铸造协会主办两年一届的“中国铸造厂长（经理）国际会议”自1993年以来已经分别在北京和上海成功举办了六届。中外代表参加各届会议的人数分别达到246、387、446、687、957和710人，其中海外代表分别为59、76、97、73、119和80人，会议加深了中外铸造同行之间的相互了解和联系，拓宽了贸易渠道和技术交流的途径，成为汇集铸造领域内最新研究成果及国际上最具代表性的相关设备和产品，系统介绍和展示国际铸造行业的发展状况，在国际上颇具影响的铸造厂长国际会议。实现了中国铸造工作者与世界各国铸造工作者交流技术、沟通信息、相互合作的目的。为进一步推动我国铸造工业的进步和发展，加快将我国建设成为世界铸造强国的步伐，我会定於2006年4月14～17日在北京中苑宾馆举办第七届中国铸造厂长（经理）国际会议，同时举办中国铸造协会第五届代表大会进行换届改选工作，并举行中国铸造协会成立20周年庆祝活动。
