简介:一、前言釉面砖釉料目前大多采用硼锆釉,造成釉面易于产生针孔缺陷。针孔是由于釉中气泡排出后未完全填满形成的,分布在整个釉面上,大小各异。其产生的原因十分复杂,涉及面很广。本人结合我厂的生产情况谈点粗浅的看法,探讨釉面针孔缺陷的产生原因及克服途径。二、针孔产生的原因1、釉料①釉的组成:作为乳浊剂锆英石的加入,以及粘土含量多均会提高釉的高温粘度。一般釉的粘度越高,气体不易排除,针孔就会越多。釉中含有较多的碱性氧化物如氧化钡、氧化硼,造成表面张力过大,釉融体中气泡不易排除,亦易导致针孔的产生;釉中的三氧化二硼容易升华,特别在含量大和烧成温度高的情况下,易产生针孔;
