简介:Thewindenergyindustryhasbeengrowingrapidlyduringthepastdecades.Alongwiththisgrowth,engineeringproblemshavegraduallyemergedinthewindpowerindustry,includingthoserelatedtothestructuralreliabilityofturbinetowers.Thisstudyproposesarapidseismicanalysismethodologyforexistingwindturbinetowerstructures.Themethodisdemonstratedandvalidatedusingacasestudyona1.5MWtubularsteelwindturbinetower.Threefiniteelement(FE)modelsaredevelopedfirst.Fieldtestsareconductedtoobtaintheturbinetower’svibrationalcharacteristics.Thetestsinclude(1)remotelymeasuringthetowervibrationfrequenciesusingalongrangelaserDopplerVibrometerand(2)monitoringthetowerstructuralvibrationbymountingaccelerometersalongtheheightofthetubularstructure.In-situmeasurementsareusedtovalidateandupdatetheFEmodelsofthewindturbinetower.WiththeupdatedFEmodelthatrepresentsthepracticalstructuralconditions,seismicanalysesareperformedtostudythestructuralfailure,whichisdefinedbythesteelyieldingofthetubulartower.Thisresearchisanticipatedtobenefitthemanagementoftheincreasingnumberofwindenergyconvertersbyprovidinganunderstandingoftheseismicassessmentofexistingtubularsteelwindturbinetowers.
简介:Oceaninformationmanagementisofgreatimportanceasithasbeenemployedinmanyareasofoceanscienceandtechnology.However,thedevelopmentsofOceanInformationSystems(OISs)oftensufferfromlowefficiencybecauseofrepetitiveworkandcontinuousmodificationscausedbydynamicrequirements.Inthispaper,thebasicrequirementsofOISsareanalyzedfirst,andthenanovelplatformDPOIisproposedtoimprovedevelopmentefficiencyandenhancesoftwarequalityofOISsbyprovidingoff-the-shelfresources.Intheplatform,theOISisdecomposedhierarchicallyintoasetofmodules,whichcanbereusedindifferentsystemdevelopments.Thesemodulesincludetheacquisitionmiddlewareanddataloaderthatcollectdatafrominstrumentsandfilesrespectively,thedatabasethatstoresdataconsistently,thecomponentsthatsupportfastapplicationgeneration,thewebservicesthatmakethedatafromdistributedsourcessyntacticalbyuseofpredefinedschemasandtheconfigurationtoolkitthatenablessoftwarecustomization.Withtheassistanceofthedevelopmentplatform,thesoftwaredevelopmentneedsnoprogrammingandthedevelopmentprocedureisthusacceleratedgreatly.Wehaveappliedthedevelopmentplatforminpracticaldevelopmentsandevaluateditsefficiencyinseveraldevelopmentpracticesanddifferentdevelopmentapproaches.TheresultsshowthatDPOIsignificantlyimprovesdevelopmentefficiencyandsoftwarequality.

简介:Supportedbygeographicalinformationsystem,usingCostanzamethodandreferringtoterrestrialecosystemservicevalueinChina,theinfluenceoflanduseandlandcoverchange(LUCC)between1980and2000onecosystemservicevalueintheupandmiddlereachesofDongtingLakebasinwasanalyzedinthisstudy.Theresultsshowedthattheestimatedvalueofecosystemservicesdecreased8.4169×108CNYovera21-yearperiod,andthemainreasonswerethatthelandforforestusewasexploitedforcroplandandconstructionlanduseinstudyarea.Furtheranalysisresultsshowedthatthevalueofsingleecosystemservicefunctionsuchasgasregulation,climateregulation,soilformationandconservation,biodiversityconservation,rawmaterialsaswellasrecreationdecreasedsignificantly;andthatofprovisionofwaterconservation,wastetreatmentandfoodproductionincreasedobviouslyinthearea.Theresultsofcoefficientsensitivityanalysisindicatedthattheseestimateswerereliable.
