简介:ThecorrosionbehaviorofZL104alloyatdifferentstates(as-castandheattreatment)insaltspraycorrosion(SSC)wasstudied.Theresultsshowthatthesampletreatedafterrefinementandmodifciationhastheleastcorrosiveresistancecomparedwiththesamplebearingas-caststucureatthebeginningofthecorrosion.Asthecorrosionprocesscontinued.however,thetrendreverseditself.After44hcontinuouscorrosion,thecorrosiveratesofallsamplestendtobestable.Afterexperiments,thesamplebearingas-caststructurehadthemostcorrosiveproductsonthesurfacewhereasthesamplebeingrefinedandmodifiedhadtheleastproducts.TheFouriertransformationinfraredspectroscopy(FTIR)analysesofthecorrosionproductsshowthattheseproductsarecomposedofhydroxyl-containingsubstances.
