简介:TheagestructureofthenaturalZoysiajaponicaclonalpopulationatQipanMountaininHuishanScenicSpotofShenyang,LiaoningProvince,Chinawasstudiedusingthemorphologicalmethodin2003and2004.Thedynamicsofleaveswererecordedandthedynamicsoftillerandrhizomeinthegrowingseasonwereobserved.Theresultsindicatedthattherhizomesformedindifferentyearschangedincolorandrigidity.Itsinternodesproducedinautumnbecameshorter.Thenumberofnakednodeschangedwiththetillerage.Rhizomeandtillercharacterswereusedasafoundationforjudgingtheagesofmodulesinthisstudy.Thelongevityoftillerandrhizomewas3yearsatmost.Atthebeginningofthegrowingseason,2-year-oldtillersandrhizomespredominated.ThenI-year-oldtillersandrhizomesincreasedrapidlyandbecamedominantinJuly.Theproportionofbudstotillersonquantitywasstableatabout30%inthemid-phaseofthegrowingseasonandrosetoabout50%inautumn.Theseasonaldynamicsoftiller,rhizomeandbudwasveryimportanttoguaranteethesustainedexistenceoftheZoysiajaponicapopulation.TheturnoverofmoduleswasthemechanismofsustainingtherejuvenationoftheZoysiajaponicaclonalpopulation.

简介:生物资源和营养素(N,P,K,Ca,Mg)存货在各种各样未葬树部件(stemwood,stembark,树枝和叶子)在东北中国在纯Larixolgensis种植园(20,35,53和69岁)的一个年龄序列被确定。结果证明未葬在各种各样的树部件的生物资源分配在stemwood(62%83%)的顺序,树枝(9%21%),stembark(7%11%)和为所有看台的叶子(1%6%)。到总数的stemwood生物资源的比例未葬而另外的树部件的从20~53岁与看台年龄一致地减少了,但是与看台保持相对不变,增加的生物资源从53和69岁变老。在各种各样的树部件的滋养的分配通常跟随了象生物资源分配的一样的模式(即stemwood>树枝>stembark>叶子)。在到总数的叶子的滋养的存货的比例未葬滋养的存货与增加看台年龄一致地减少了,当那与看台在stemwood增加了时,从20~53岁,但是然后的年龄从53~69岁减少了。为看台的滋养的移动的率在不同记载的计划下面在不同看台年龄被估计,当旋转长度仅仅被弄短到由茎的收获的20年时,证明滋养的移动的率将是未改变的,但是极大地由总数的收获增加了未葬生物资源。滋养的移动的率将是为由起的所有元素的可观的减小,特别为Ca。

简介:Defenceproteinsareakindofchemicaldefencecompounds.Theyplayakeyroleinplantrestrainingbioticandabioticharm.Toilluminateactivitiesofsomedefenseproteinsassociatedwithageorplantfamilyoflarch,thelarchneedleswerecollectedfromtwodifferentfamiliesofKoreanlarch,Larixolgensisandahybridlarch,L.kaempferi×L.gmelinii,respectively,andthentheactivitiesofdefenceproteinsinthoseweretestedusingaUVspectrophotometry.Theresultsshowedthattheactivitiesofprotectiveenzymesatthe16-/17-and19-year-agegroupswerehigherthanthoseattheotheragegroupsinthebothlarchspecies.Whiletheactivitiesofpolyphenoloxidase(PPO)atthe16-/17-year-agegroupandphenylalanineammonia-lyase(PAL)andproteaseinhibitorsatthe19-year-agegroupwerethehighestamongallagegroups.Then,comparedwithL.olgensis,thehybridlarchhadsignificanteffectsontheactivitiesofprotectiveenzymes.TheeffectsofplantfamilyontheactivitiesofPALandchymotrypsininhibitorweresignificantlydifferent,andthenthoseontheactivitiesofPPOwerenotsignificantlydifferent.TheeffectsofthetwofamiliesinL.olgensisontheactivitiesoftrypsininhibitor(TI)weresignificantlydifferent,whilethoseinthehybridlarchontheactivitiesofTIwerecontrary.Toconclusionsshowedthatthedifferentageandplantfamilysignificantlyaffectedtheactivitiesofdefenceproteinsintheneedlesoftwolarchspecies,andthenenhancedthelarchresistancetopests.Thesecouldplayakeyfunctioninforestrytreegeneticimprovementandmanagementinfuture.
