简介:目的:探讨仙茅对体外培养肝细胞代谢功能的影响。方法:应用仙茅水提物大(400μg生药/m1)、中(200μg生药/m1)、小剂量(1001a,g生药/m1)作用于体外培养的正常人肝细胞株L02细胞,收集细胞培养液,应用氧化酶终点法检测葡萄糖(GLU);终点法检测甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC);双缩脲终点法检测总蛋白(TP);氧化酶法检测乳酸(LAC);酶标比色法测乳酸脱氯酶(LDH)。结果:仙茅水提物大(400μg生药/rIll)、中剂(200μg生药/m1)时可使L02细胞培养液中GLU、TP、LDH含量增加,TG、LAc含量降低,与空白组比较有显著差异。结论:仙茅可提高L02细胞糖、脂、蛋白的代谢及能量代谢。
