简介:Basedontheoriesofheattransfer,physicalmetallurgyandhydro-mechanical,inordertoanalyzetheeffectofweldingparametersonspeciesanddistributionofreinforcingphasesvisuallyandlegibly,finiteelementsoftwareANSYSwasusedtosimulatetransienttemperaturefieldforSiC_p/AIin“in-situ”weld-alloying/plasmaarcwelding.Theresultsshowthatthecalculatedresultsapproximatelyagreedwiththeexperimentalmeasuredresults.Sothemodelisbasicallycorrectandcredible.Basedonthenumericalsolutionsandexperimentalresults,effectoftemperaturefieldindifferentweldingprocessparameters(weldingcurrent,weldingvelocity)onspeciesanddistributionofreinforcingphasesisanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatadjustingandoptimizingtemperaturefieldappropriatelyisaneffectivemethodtoobtainweldedjointwithbettermicrostructureandproperty.
