简介:Whetherthegenerationaffectedbythefamilyplanningwillbenefitdirectlyisthekeytotestwhetherthepolicyimplicationsarethesametocollectiveandindividual.Thereareresearchesonthefamilyplanning'sconsequencesareusuallyinthemacro-level.Inordertodiscoveryhowfamilyplanningdirectlyaffectstheindividual,thispaperusemicrodatafromChinaFamilyPanelStudies(CFPS)2010totesttheimpactoffamilyplanningonchildren'spersonalincome.Theresultsshowsthat'quantity-qualitytradeoff'hypothesisholdsonhumancapitallevelsinChina,andtheimplementationoffamilyplanningpolicyeffectivelyincreaseschildren'seducationlevel,butthesocialcapitaleffectofsiblingsisalsoreducedbythefamilyplanningpolicy.Consideringthetwokindsofeffects,thefamilyplanningpolicyhasnotsignificantlyaffectchildren'spersonalincome.
