简介：Basedonthecontinuoushot(aluminizing)galvanizinglinesandrelatednon-standardequipmentofMeishanSteel,thispaperpresentsthemaincontentsofsuchintegratedengineeringanddesigningofequipmentforthetwohot-dippedgalvanizinglines,aswellasinnovativetechniquesandtheirfeatures.LedbyColdRollingProjectDepartmentofMeishanSteel,BaosteelEngineeringandTechnologyGroupCo.,Ltd.,workingastheresponsibleunitofthisproject,developskeytechnologiesandintegratesthesystembycombiningtheequipmentdesignanddevelopmentcapacityofBaosteelEngineering,researchanddevelopmentcapacityofResearchInstituteofBaosteel,processproductionandequipmentmaintenanceexperienceofColdRollingPlant,EquipmentDepartmentandManufactureDepartmentofBaosteelCorporation.Coretechnologiesofthetwolinesaredevelopedanddesignedthroughoriginalandintegratedinnovationandinnovationafterdigestion,focusingoneightcoretechniquesinprocessequipment,annealingfurnace,fluidinstallationandEICsystem.Asaresultofintegrationinkeyprocessequipment,industrialfurnaceandEICcontrol,thecoldrollinghotdipped(aluminizing)galvanizinglinestakeonanewlookandreachanannualcapacityof200000tgalvanizedproductsand250000tgalvanizedaluminiumbasestripsrespectively.Thesetwoworldadvancedlinesareabletoproducehot-dippedgalvanizingproductswithhighqualitysurfaceandfineshape,suchashouseholdapplianceboardandseniorconstructionboard.Asaresult,theprocessandequipmenttechnologyofthelineshaveformeddomesticintellectualproperty.Thus,thetechnologyhasreferencevalueforself-integrationandequipmenttechnologyinnovationofsimilarlines.
