简介：　　【摘要】目的：探讨对行肾穿刺活检术患者，建立完善的临床护理路径的有效性。方法：抽取 2019年 1月— 12月在我院行肾穿刺活检术的 50例患者，随机分为两组，分别采用按常规医嘱和专门为病人制定的临床护理路径两部方式进行护理，对比观察两组患者的穿刺成功率、并发症的发病率以及患者的满意度。结果：采用专门为患者制定的临床护理路径，患者的并发症降低，满意度提高。结论：建立完善的临床护理路径，不仅降低了在术后并发症的发生率，而且提高了家属的满意度。  　　【关键词】肾穿刺；临床护理路径；有效性  [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effectiveness of establishing a perfect clinical nursing pathway for patients undergoing renal biopsy. Methods: 50 patients who underwent renal biopsy in our hospital from January 2019 to December were randomly divided into two groups. They were respectively given two nursing methods, namely, routine medical advice and clinical nursing path specially formulated for patients. The success rate of puncture, incidence rate of complications and satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results: using the clinical nursing path specially designed for patients, the complications of patients were reduced and the satisfaction degree was improved. Conclusion: the establishment of a perfect clinical nursing pathway can not only reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, but also improve the satisfaction of family members.
