简介：　　 [摘要 ] 目的 探讨细节护理在消毒供应室中的应用效果。方法 选择 2019年 2月— 2020年 2月期间（已开展细节护理干预）作为研究阶段，选择 2018年 2月— 2019年 2月期间（未开展细节护理，仅应用一般护理干预）作为对照阶段。观察对比两阶段消毒供应工作差错的发生率，以及临床科室对两阶段灭菌消毒服务的满意程度。 结果 研究阶段工作差错发生率为 0.29%，对照阶段工作差错发生率为 4.00%，研究阶段工作差错发生率显著低于对照阶段（ P<0.05）。各临床科室对研究阶段供给及时、回收及时、打包质量、服务态度及护理质量各项灭菌消毒服务的满意程度显著高于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论 细节护理的实施可以有效降低消毒供应室工作差错的发生率，提高科室对灭菌消毒服务满意度，保证了医院的医疗服务质量，适于临床推广与应用。  　　 [关键词 ] 细节护理；工作差错；灭菌；消毒  　 [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of detail nursing in disinfection supply room. Methods the period from February 2019 to February 2020 (detailed nursing intervention has been carried out) was selected as the research stage, and the period from February 2018 to February 2019 (without detailed nursing, only general nursing intervention) was selected as the control stage. Objective To observe and compare the incidence of errors in the two-stage disinfection and supply work, and the satisfaction of clinical departments to the two-stage sterilization and disinfection service. Results the incidence of work errors in the study phase was 0.29%, and that in the control phase was 4.00%. The incidence of work errors in the study phase was significantly lower than that in the control stage (P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of each clinical department to the sterilization and disinfection Service in the research stage was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the implementation of detail nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of work errors in the disinfection and supply room, improve the Department's satisfaction with sterilization service, and ensure the quality of medical service in the hospital, which is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
