简介：　　摘要：目的 讨论运用苏恩亮老师中医正骨手法治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的临床效果。方法 选取我院自 2018年 2月～ 2020年 2月骨科治疗的桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者 84例作为研究对象，随机将其分成两组，即对照组患者 42例采用手术治疗，观察组患者 42例采用正骨手法治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果，并发症的发生情况等。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为 90.48%（ 38例），对照组患者的治疗总有效率为 88.10%（ 37例），两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义， P>0.05。结论 采用苏恩亮老师中医正骨手法治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的疗效确切，安全性高、恢复快。  　　关键词：中医正骨；桡骨远端伸直型骨折；苏恩亮；疗效  　 Abstract: Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Professor Su enliang's traditional Chinese medicine bone setting manipulation in the treatment of distal radius extension fracture. Methods from February 2018 to February 2020, 84 cases of patients with distal radius extension fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups: 42 cases in the control group were treated with surgery, and 42 cases in the observation group were treated with bone setting manipulation. The clinical therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48% (38 cases), while that of the control group was 88.10% (37 cases). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion the effect of traditional Chinese medicine bone setting manipulation of Professor Su enliang in the treatment of distal radius extension fracture is exact, with high safety and quick recovery.
