简介：　　 [摘要 ]目的：研究分析胸腔镜治疗老年纵膈肿瘤患者的护理方法与效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选取我院收治的 46例老年纵膈肿瘤患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，对其采取胸腔镜手术治疗，并及时给予围手术期护理，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果： 46例患者中有 44例患者肿瘤完整切除，另外 2例患者进行活检手术。平均手术时间为（ 89.2±23.7） min，平均出血量（ 101.2±42.8） mL。术后留置胸管引流 2～ 6d，平均（ 3.1±0.4） d。平均住院（ 8.2±1.3） d。所有患者无严重并发症发生，术后恢复良好。结论：在胸腔镜治疗老年纵膈肿瘤患者中采用有效的围手术期护理干预，可以取得较好的护理效果，明显改善患者的生活质量，并发症小，具有较高的临床应用价值。  　　 [关键词 ]胸腔镜；老年纵膈肿瘤患者；护理体会  Objective: To study and analyze the nursing methods and effects of thoracoscopy in the treatment of elderly patients with mediastinal tumor. Methods: the object of this study was to select 46 elderly patients with mediastinal tumors in our hospital. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were treated with thoracoscopy, and the perioperative nursing was given. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results: of the 46 patients, 44 patients had complete tumor resection and 2 patients underwent biopsy. The mean operative time was (89.2 + 23.7) min and the average bleeding volume was (101.2 + 42.8) mL. Postoperative chest tube drainage ranged from 2 to 6D, with an average of (3.1 + 0.4) d. The average hospitalization was (8.2 + 1.3) d. All patients had no serious complications and recovered well after operation. Conclusion: the effective perioperative nursing intervention in the treatment of senile mediastinal tumor can achieve better nursing effect, improve the quality of life of the patients, have small complications and have high clinical value.
