简介：　　 【摘要】 目的：研究利敏舒联合色甘酸钠滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的效果。方法：研究对象选取笔者所在医院 2016年 10月 -2018年 1月收治的过敏性结膜炎患者 106例，采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组 53例。对照组患者采用色甘酸钠滴眼液治疗，在此基础上，观察组患者加以利敏舒治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及安全性，同时比较两组患者治疗前后的症状体征评分及血清嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白（ ECP）、组胺（ HA）、白三烯 B4（ LTB4）、免疫球蛋白 E（ IgE）水平。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率为 94.34%，明显高于对照组的 77.36%（ P<0.05） ;治疗后，观察组的眼痒、结膜充血、流泪、畏光、异物感等评分均明显低于对照组（ P<0.05）， ECP、 HA、 LTB4、 IgE水平明显低于对照组（ P<0.05） ;两组患者均未出现胃肠道不适、头痛、皮疹、腹泻、哮喘、过敏性休克等不良反应。结论：利敏舒联合色甘酸钠滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床效果显著，可显著改善患者临床症状体征和血清相关因子水平效果，且无不良反应，安全性较高，值得推广应用。  　　 【关键词】 利敏舒 ; 色甘酸钠 ; 过敏性结膜炎 ; 疗效  　 [Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of liminshu combined with sodium cromoglycate eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. Methods: a total of 106 patients with allergic conjunctivitis admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 53 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with sodium cromoglycate eye drops, on this basis, the observation group patients were treated with liminshu. The therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were compared, and the scores of symptoms and signs and the levels of serum eosinophil cationic protein (ECP), histamine (HA), leukotriene B4 (LTB4) and immunoglobulin E (IGE) before and after treatment were compared. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.34%, significantly higher than that of the control group (77.36%) (P < 0.05); after treatment, the scores of itch, conjunctival congestion, tears, photophobia and foreign body sensation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the levels of ECP, ha, LTB4 and IgE were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the patients in the two groups did not have gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, rash, diarrhea Asthma, anaphylactic shock and other adverse reactions. Conclusion: the clinical effect of liminshu combined with sodium cromoglycate eye drops on allergic conjunctivitis is significant, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients and the level of serum related factors, and there is no adverse reaction, with high safety, which is worth popularizing.
