简介：ObjectiveThepurposeofthisstudy-wsatoinvestigatetheclinicalefficacyandsideef-fectsoffluoxetineinthetreatmentofobsessivecompulsivedisorder,Methods36patientswithobsessivecompulsivedisorderweretreatedbyfluoxetine(n=18)andclomipramine(n=18)andclomipramine(n=18),TheefficacywasmeasuredwithYALE-BrownObsessiveCompulsiveScale(Y-BOCS),MarksScaleforCompulsions,Phobias,ObsessionsandRituals(MSCPOR),andHamiltonDepressionScale(HAMD).ThesideeffectsweredeterminedbytheTreamentEmergentSymptomScale(TESS).ResultsThetherapeuticefficacyinfluoxetinegroupwassimilartothatinclomipramine(P>0.05).Howeverthesideeffectsoffluoxetinewerelighterthanclomipramine,CondusionTheresultsindicatetheatbothflu-oxetineandclomipramineiseffectiveinthetreatmentofobsessivecompulsivedisorder,butfluoxetineshowedmoreadvantagesforitsconventientadministrationandlowdaiydosageandthesideeffectsofitwerelight.
