简介:摘要目的探讨家族聚集性大动脉粥样硬化型(large-artery atherosclerosis,LAA)脑梗死患者与散发性LAA脑梗死患者环氧化酶(cyclooxygenase,COX)基因表达差异。方法收集25例家族聚集性LAA脑梗死和散发性LAA脑梗死患者,另外选择25例健康人群作为对照组。检测COX-1及COX-2基因相对表达量。结果COX-1基因在家族聚集性LAA脑梗死组、散发性LAA脑梗死组、对照组被试表达分别为0.5436±0.2737、0.2400±0.1656、0.8340±0.3799。COX-1基因在家族聚集性LAA脑梗死组和散发性LAA脑梗死组表达下调,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。COX-2基因分别在家族聚集性LAA脑梗死组、散发性LAA脑梗死组、对照组表达为1.3672±0.8249,1.3932±0.7158,0.7212±0.9623。COX-2基因在家族聚集性LAA组和散发性LAA组表达上调,与对照组比较均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。COX-1蛋白分别在家族聚集性LAA脑梗死组、散发性LAA脑梗死组、对照组表达为2.9956±0.5672、2.5572±1.0289、2.6721±0.7944。COX-2蛋白分别在家族聚集性LAA脑梗死组、散发性LAA脑梗死组、对照组表达为16.63±4.06,16.86±7.93,15.94±5.94。COX-1蛋白和COX-2蛋白相对表达量在三组中差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论家族聚集性LAA脑梗死患者与散发性LAA脑梗死患者COX-1基因表达存在明显差异。
