简介: 【摘 要】病案信息是保证医院可持续发展的重要资源,在临床治疗、科研教学、医学统计的过程中都发挥着至关重要的作用。病案信息的高效管理,可以为医患纠纷的处理提供关键性证据。随着科学技术和医疗改革的逐步推进,医院也越来越重视病案信息以及统计一体化管理工作。本文主要探究了病案信息与统计一体化管理的实现途径,并集合实际的发展情况提出意见和建议。 【关键词】病案信息;统计一体化;管理;实现途径 Abstract: medical record information is an important resource to ensure the sustainable development of the hospital, which plays an important role in the process of clinical treatment, scientific research and teaching, medical statistics. The efficient management of medical record information can provide key evidence for the treatment of medical disputes. With the gradual advancement of science and technology and medical reform, hospitals also pay more and more attention to the integrated management of medical record information and statistics. This paper mainly explores the way to realize the integrated management of medical record information and statistics, and puts forward opinions and suggestions based on the actual development.

简介:摘要目的探索PDCA循环在医院规范化护士培训质量管理中的运用效果,提高规范化培训护士的理论知识水平、护理技术操作水平、护理质量意识,规范其行为,提高整体素质。方法统计分析2011-2012年两届共60名规范化培训护士的结业理论、操作成绩,结果不满意,合格率低,在此基础上,2013-2014年运用PDCA循环法,对80名规范化培训护士的培训进行质量管理。结果规陪护士三基考试合格率从以前的72%上升到90%,运用X2比较2011-2012年两届和2013-2014年两届规范化培训护士的理论成绩、操作成绩,均有显著性差异,P<0.01,管理后培训质量显著提高,令人满意。结论PDCA循环管理法的运用是提高规范化培训护士培训质量的有效方法。
