摘要
Thehydrogelwounddressingbasedonpolyvinylalcohol(PVA)waspreparedbythefreezing-thawingcyclicmethod.Thedehydrationkineticsofpreparedhydrogelswasdeterminedusingtheexperimentalmethodandmathematicalmodelingbasedondiffusionmechanism.TheresultsshowthatthedehydrationrateofPVAhydrogelwounddressinginverselydependsonthehydrogelthicknessaswellaswatercontentofthewound.Ontheotherhand,theinitialwatercontentofhydrogelandtheatmospherichumidityhavelittledirecteffectonthedehydrationrate.Thegoodagreementbetweenexperimentalandmathematicalmodelingresultsinearlystagesofdehydrationprocessshowsthatthepredominatefactordeterminingthedehydrationofthesewounddressingsisdiffusion.
