Effect of heat treatment on the behavior of δ-ferrite in B410D martensitic stainless steel

摘要 Themorphologyandtheevolutionofδ-ferriteexistinginB410Dslabs,hot-rolledplates,annealedplatesandquenchedplateswerestudiedthroughmetallographicobservation.Resultsshowthatδ-ferriteformsduringthesolidificationprocessandthatiteasilygrowsandincreasesinquantityduringhightemperatureannealing.Band-shapedδ-ferriteinhotrolledplatesisdifficulttobeeliminatedbyconventionalheattreatmentandhardtorecrystallize.
