摘要
UsingFX-4000strainunit,theprolierationinhumanlungadenocarcinomaA549cellsthatunderwentmechanicalstrainofdifferentwaveform、frequencyanddurationwerestudied.Imageanalysisrevealedthatcellularproliferationrate(PR)reducedsignificantlyaftercellsweresubjectedtosquarewavewith0~20%elongationatfrequency30,40,50and60cycles/minfor2h.ThePRhadnodistinctdifferenceatheartwave,trianglewaveandsinewavegroupcomparedwithcontrol.ItisconcludedthatsquarewaveandhigherfrequencyplayanimportantroleininhibitingA549cellsproliferation.
