摘要
Nervelesionsurfaceiscommonlytreatedbylocalacupointsortheacupointsalongtheaffectedmeridians,referringtosymptomatictreatment,andthetreatmentofBiao.SelectionofacupointsbasedonthedifferentiationofsyndromesisinthecategoryofholistictreatmentandthetreatmentofBen.Thelocalselectedacupointsonnervelesionsurfacemayworkontheaffectedareadirectlyandplaytheimportantsignificanceintherecoveryofnervefunction.But,facialparalysisischieflymanifestedastheholisticdisorderofthebodyanditspathologicalmechanismisquitecomplicated,withmuchmoresyndromes.Hence,inordertoachievesatisfactorytherapeuticeffects,itisnecessarytodistinguishtheetiology,classifythesyndromes,makethedifferentiationofsyndromesandapplysystematictreatment.Itisthemainapproachtoselecttheacupointsbasedonthedifferentiationanditisviewedthattheorganiccombinationisthekeybetweentheselectionofacupointsbasedonnervelesionsurfaceandthatbasedondifferentiationofsyndromessothatthetherapeuticeffectmaybeenhanced.
