摘要
Ti-basedfillermetalsmadebytransientsolidificationandnormalcrystallizationwereselectedforthevacuumbrazingoftheTiAlalloyand42CrMounderdifferentprocessingparameters.Theresultsshowthatthetensilestrengthofthejointoftransientsolidifiedfillermetalishigherthanthatofnormalcrystallizedfillermetalunderthesameprocessingparameters.Bytheanalysisofscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM)andX-raydiffracting(XRD),itisfoundthatthehigherstrengthmaybecausedbythegeneratingofTiAl,TiNiandTiCuattheinterfaceofjointmadebytransientsolidifiedfillermetal.
