摘要:随着特高压建设不断推向深入,以往工程项目管理模式已经不能完全适应工程的发展,项目管理模式也应与时俱进,不断摸索和创新。在工程建设的不同阶段,现场工序管理的工作重点也不尽相同,笔者结合工作角度出发,对各施工工序之间的衔接对现场进度管理的影响进行了分析,结合实践提出了改进的方法。 关键词:工序衔接 进度管理 项目管理 Abstract: With the development of EHV project construction, conservative PM model has no longer suited new development of EHV project, new PM models should be derived, and innovation of management should be explored as well. The key emphasis of working procedure varies through different stages of project, based on the practice of progress control, the effects of convergence among different constructing processes upon schedule management is analyzed and improvement of management measures based on practice have been demonstrated.
