摘要
【摘要】 目的：研究在突发性耳聋护理中实行集束护理的临床效果，以及对患者抑郁焦虑情绪的影响。方法：选取笔者所在医院耳鼻喉科自 2016年 6月 -2018年 6月收治的突发性耳聋患者 62例，采取随机数字表法随机分为参照组与试验组，将采取耳鼻喉科常规护理的患者作为参照组，将采取集束护理的患者作为试验组，分析对比两组患者护理后焦虑、抑郁评分及护理总有效率。结果：试验组患者护理总有效率为 96.77%、焦虑评分为（ 37.23±2.24）分、抑郁评分为（ 35.82±2.23）分，与参照组比较差异均有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：将集束护理对干预应用在突发性耳聋患者中具有显著的疗效，可以有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，改善患者生存质量。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical effect of cluster nursing in the nursing of sudden deafness and its influence on depression and anxiety of patients. Methods: 62 patients with sudden deafness in otorhinolaryngology Department of the author's Hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group by using the random number table method. The patients who took the routine nursing care in the ear, nose and throat department were taken as the reference group, and the patients who took the cluster nursing as the experimental group Rate. Results: the total effective rate was 96.77%, anxiety score was (37.23 ± 2.24) points, depression score was (35.82 ± 2.23) points, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of cluster nursing intervention in patients with sudden deafness has significant curative effect, can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
