摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 研究老年糖尿病患者心理护理干预的作用，观察分析其消除不良情绪及预后的临床效果。方法 研究对象主要为该院所抽取的 90例老年糖尿病患者， 2018年 10月— 2019年 5月为研究时间，并且通过随机的方式将研究患者分为两组，每组为 45例。研究期间为两组患者提供不同的护理工作，最后对心理护理干预效果以及常规护理效果进行对比与分析。结果 经统计学对比分析，对照组与研究组的护理效果存在差异，研究组患者的护理效果更佳，研究组的护理干预有效率高达 95.56%，而对照组仅为 71.11%，该数据证实了，研究组的护理效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 通过对两组老年糖尿病患者采用不同的护理模式，最终发现，研究组的心理护理干预能够为患者起到极为显著的身心状态缓解效果，能够将患者的病情實时地进行观察，应该大力推广与使用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, and observe and analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention on the elimination of adverse emotions and prognosis. Methods 90 elderly patients with diabetes were selected from our hospital from October 2018 to may 2019. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. During the study period, different nursing work was provided for the two groups of patients. Finally, the effect of psychological nursing intervention and routine nursing effect were compared and analyzed. Results through statistical comparative analysis, the nursing effect of the control group and the study group was different, the nursing effect of the study group was better, the effective rate of nursing intervention in the study group was as high as 95.56%, while that of the control group was only 71.11%. The data confirmed that the nursing effect of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion through the two groups of elderly diabetic patients with different nursing mode, the final finding is that the psychological nursing intervention of the study group can play a very significant psychological and physical state relief effect for patients, and can observe the patient's condition in real time, which should be vigorously promoted and used.
