摘要
【摘 要】目的：此次研究分析在消毒供应室医疗器械清洗过程中采用碱性清洗剂对清洗质量的影响。方法：本次研究样本从本院消毒供应室选取 200件医疗器械，研究时间从 2017年 2月开始，截至 2019年 2月，将 2017年 2月 -2018年 2月间采用多醇清洗剂清洗的 100件医疗器械作为对照组，将 2018年 3月 -2019年 2月间采用碱性清洗剂的 100件医疗器械作为实验组，对比两组清洗质量。结果：统计数据分析两组医疗器械清洗质量评分，研究得知，实验组医疗器械清洗质量评分较高，两组对比符合统计学标准（ P<0.05）。结论：通过此次研究得知，在消毒供应室医疗器械清洗过程中采用碱性清洗剂，能明显对其清洗质量进行改善，经济成本也比较低。

[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the effect of alkaline detergent on the cleaning quality of medical devices in disinfection supply room. Methods: 200 medical devices were selected from the disinfection supply room of our hospital. The study started in February 2017 and ended in February 2019. 100 medical devices cleaned with polyol detergent from February 2017 to February 2018 were used as the control group, and 100 medical devices cleaned with alkaline detergent from March 2018 to February 2019 were used as the experimental group to compare the cleaning quality of the two groups. Results: statistical data analysis of the two groups of medical device cleaning quality score, the study found that the experimental group of medical device cleaning quality score is higher, the two groups compared with the statistical standard (P < 0.05). Conclusion: through this study, we know that alkaline detergent can improve the cleaning quality of medical devices in disinfection supply room, and the economic cost is relatively low.
