摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 分析强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验准确性的影响。方法 随机抽取在该院进行临床免疫检验的患者 260例作为观察样本，其中 2017年 6月— 2018年 6月期间未实施强化免疫检验质量管理时收治的 120例作为对照组， 2018年 7月— 2019年 7月期间实施强化免疫检验质量管理后收治的 140例作为研究组。对比两组患者临床免疫检验的准确性。结果 研究组患者实施强化免疫检验质量管理后的检验准确率 98.57%（ 138/140）明显高于对照组的 84.17%（ 101/120），且不良事件发生率明显低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 实施强化免疫检验质量管理有助于临床免疫检验的准确率的提高，进而提高疾病诊断的效率，效果确切。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the influence of quality management on the accuracy of clinical immunoassay. Methods 260 cases of patients with clinical immune test in our hospital were randomly selected as observation samples, 120 cases were treated in the period from June 2017 to June 2018 without the implementation of quality management of intensive immune test as the control group, and 140 cases after the implementation of quality management of intensive immune test from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the study group. The accuracy of clinical immunoassay was compared between the two groups. Results the accuracy rate of the study group was 98.57% (138 / 140), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.17% (101 / 120), and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the implementation of quality management of intensive immunoassay is helpful to improve the accuracy of clinical immunoassay, and improve the efficiency of disease diagnosis.
