摘要
【摘要】 目的：探讨医院消毒供应室护理质量控制在预防院内感染中的作用。方法：笔者所在医院于 2019年 1月 -2020年 1月实施了医院消毒供应室护理质量控制管理工作，从中选取了 25例工作人员作为本次的研究对象，另选取 2017年 12月 -2018年 12月未实施医院消毒供应室护理质量控制管理工作时的 25例工作人员作为对照组。对比医院消毒供应室实施护理质量控制管理前后院内感染发生情况。结果：实施护理质量控制管理后院内感染发生率为 4.0%（ 1/25），而护理质量控制管理前院内感染发生率为 28.0%（ 7/25），护理质量控制管理后院内感染发生率明显低于管理前（ P=0.026）。结论：医院消毒供应室护理质量控制能有效减少院内感染发生的可能性，其对预防院内感染具有重要意义，其也是患者和医护人员生命安全的第一重保障，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the role of nursing quality control in the prevention of nosocomial infection in the disinfection supply room of hospital. Methods: from January 2019 to January 2020, the author's hospital implemented the nursing quality control and management work in the disinfection and supply room of the hospital, selected 25 staff members as the research object, and selected 25 staff members who did not implement the nursing quality control management of the hospital disinfection and supply room from December 2017 to December 2018 as the control group. Objective to compare the incidence of nosocomial infection before and after the implementation of nursing quality control management in the hospital disinfection supply room. Results: after the implementation of nursing quality control management, the incidence of nosocomial infection was 4.0% (1 / 25), while that before nursing quality control was 28.0% (7 / 25). The incidence of nosocomial infection after nursing quality control management was significantly lower than that before nursing quality control management (P = 0.026). Conclusion: the nursing quality control of disinfection supply room in hospital can effectively reduce the possibility of nosocomial infection, which is of great significance for the prevention of nosocomial infection. It is also the first guarantee for the life safety of patients and medical staff, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
