摘要
【摘 要】目的：研究分析妊娠合并高血压患者剖宫产的术前术后护理体会。方法：此次研究的对象是选择 2017年 2月至 2019年 6月我院收治的 48例妊娠合并高血压患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机均分为两组，一组为对照组在围术期采用常规的护理方法，另一组为观察组在围术期在常规护理的基础上增加舒适护理。对两组患者的血压变化和患者满意度进行对比。结果：观察组患者的血压变化明显低于对照组患者，观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者，两组对比差异显著，有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：围手术期增加有效的护理，可以为患者提供更好的护理服务，提高患者的护理满意度，降低患者血压，改善母婴的身体健康，建议推广临床应用。

[Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the preoperative and postoperative nursing experience of cesarean section in patients with pregnancy and hypertension. Methods: 48 pregnant women with hypertension admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. One group was the control group, and the other group was the observation group. The changes of blood pressure and patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: the change of blood pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: increasing effective nursing during perioperative period can provide better nursing services for patients, improve patients' nursing satisfaction, reduce patients' blood pressure, improve maternal and infant health, and promote clinical application.
