摘要
【摘要】 目的 采取措施对预防产后感染稀释碘伏冲洗会阴护理的临床疗效进行有效性分析与研究。方法 从医院 2018年 3月至 2020年 3月收治的病例中选取 100例会阴 II度裂伤与会阴侧切口患者，她们的年龄在 20-35岁之间。随机将这些患者划分成对照组与观察组，每一组有 50例患者。对于对照组患者的治疗与护理，主要采取 1%的新洁尔灭液对产妇的会阴部进行擦洗，并按照常规缝合的手法对会阴裂口与伤口进行缝合。对于观察组患者的治疗与护理，则是在常规性治疗的基础上，在产妇生产后用 0.03%的 100毫升碘伏液冲洗产妇的会阴裂口与侧切口，并按照常规缝合的手法对会阴裂口与伤口进行缝合，最后用 0.5%的稀释碘伏液浸泡过的棉球对产妇的会阴部进行擦洗。利用统计学的理论知识对两组患者的护理效果进行对比性分析（ P<0.05）。结果 经过一段时间的治疗与护理，两组患者的病情均得到有效控制。观察组患者的裂口或侧切口的甲级愈合率高于对照组。其中甲级愈合是指会阴的伤口愈合情况良好。结论 利用稀释碘伏冲洗患者的会阴部，有助于降低会阴部伤口在产后的受感染率与并发症发生的几率，患者的不良反应降低，有助于提升患者的生存质量，具有极强的临床应用与研究价值。

[Abstract] objective to take measures to prevent postpartum infection dilution iodophor washing perineum nursing effectiveness analysis and research. Methods from March 2018 to March 2020, 100 patients with grade II perineal laceration and lateral perineal incision were selected. Their age ranged from 20 to 35 years old. These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group had 50 patients. For the treatment and nursing of the patients in the control group, 1% Bromogeramine solution was used to scrub the perineum of the parturient, and the perineum fissure and wound were sutured according to the conventional suturing method. For the treatment and nursing of the observation group patients, on the basis of routine treatment, the perineum fissure and side incision of the parturient were washed with 0.03% 100 ml iodophor solution after childbirth, and the perineum fissure and wound were sutured according to the routine suturing method, and the perineum Ministry of the parturient was scrubbed with 0.5% cotton ball soaked in diluted iodophor solution. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared by using the theoretical knowledge of Statistics (P < 0.05). Results after a period of treatment and nursing, the two groups of patients were effectively controlled. The first-class healing rate of the fracture or side incision in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Among them, grade a healing means that the wounds of perineum are well healed. Conclusion the use of diluted Iodophor to wash the perineum can reduce the incidence of infection and complications of perineal wound in postpartum, reduce the adverse reactions of patients, and help to improve the quality of life of patients, which has a strong clinical application and research value.
