摘要
Theinfluenceontheeffectivenessofsterilizationbylow-temperatureplasmasterilizerCASP-80Awasinvestigatedsoastoprovideatheoreticalbasisforreducingmedicalcostsandachievingidealsterilizationeffectiveness.Toconducttheon-sitesimulationtest,aclinicalmaterialsterilizationtestandatestoftheinfluenceoforganicsubstancewereconducted,theformerbyusingtherepresentativeofBacillusStearothermophilus,preparingthebacteria-contaminatedcarrierthroughpolytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)simulatedhoseendoscopes,andthelatterbyusingcalfserumastheinfluencefactoroftheorganicsubstance.TheresultsshowthattheCASP-80Alow-temperatureplasmasterilizercouldachieveeffectivesterilizationbyeithertheshort-cycleorthelong-cyclesterilizationmethoddependingondifferentmaterials,apparatus,andextentofcontamination.Theorganicsubstancescouldinfluencetheeffectivenessofsterilizationbythelow-temperatureplasma(H_2O_2)sterilizer.
