摘要
[摘要 ]目的：对腔隙性脑梗死眩晕患者使用中药针剂丹参川芎嗪联合前列地尔（ PGE1）治疗的效果进行探讨分析。 方法：对我院对腔隙性脑梗死患者 117例进行了分析研究，分成了 PGE1组和联合组，联合组使用丹参川芎嗪联合 PGE1治疗， PGE1组采用 PGE1治疗。对比分析两组的治疗情况。 结果：联合组有 42例治愈， 11例好转， 5例无效，有效率是 91.38%， PGE1组有 30例治愈， 16例好转， 13例无效，有效率是 77.97%，（ P<0.05）。两组的各项血流速度指标存在统计学差异性（ P<0.05）。 结论：腔隙性脑梗死眩晕患者接受丹参川芎嗪与前列地尔联合治疗的效果比较突出，可以进行推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of Danshen Ligustrazine Combined with prostaglandin E 1 (PGE 1) in the treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction vertigo. Methods: 117 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction were divided into two groups: PGE1 group and combination group. The combination group was treated with Danshen Ligustrazine Combined with PGE1, and PGE1 group was treated with PGE1. The treatment of the two groups was analyzed. Results: 42 cases were cured in the combined group, 11 cases were improved, 5 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 91.38%, 30 cases were cured, 16 cases were improved, 13 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 77.97% (P < 0.05). There was statistical difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the curative effect of the combination of danshenligustrazine and alprostadil in patients with lacunar cerebral infarction vertigo is outstanding, and it can be widely used.
