摘要
【摘要】 目的：对跟骨骨折采用复位钢板内固定治疗的效果进行探讨与分析。方法：选取 2018年 12月 -2020年 2月本院入住的跟骨骨折患者 32例，共 36足。按照 Sanders法将所有患足分成标准Ⅱ型 11足、标准Ⅲ型 17足、标准Ⅳ型 8足。对 32例患者的跟骨骨折均采用跟骨外侧切开复位钢板内固定治疗，并在手术后 6～ 24个月对患者进行电话随访。结果：所有患者均完成了电话随访，并按照 Maryland评分系统对患者的足部功能进行评估。其中，足部功能评价为优 21足，评价为良 12足，评价为可 3足，优良率可达 91.67%。不良反应： 2例患足出现手术切口的渗出，但经过换药等操作后自愈； 1例患足发生腓肠神经的损伤，不良反应发生率为 8.33%。结论：对跟骨骨折采用复位钢板内固定治疗的效果显著，术后足部功能恢复的优良率高，不良反应发生率小，在临床上值得应用和推广。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of internal fixation with reduction plate for calcaneal fracture. Methods: from December 2018 to February 2020, 32 patients with calcaneal fracture were enrolled in our hospital, 36 feet in total. According to Sanders method, all affected feet were divided into 11 feet of standard type Ⅱ, 17 feet of standard type Ⅲ and 8 feet of standard type Ⅳ. 32 cases of calcaneal fracture were treated with external calcaneal open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate. The patients were followed up by telephone 6 to 24 months after operation. Results: all patients were followed up by telephone, and their foot function was evaluated according to the Maryland scoring system. Among them, the foot function was evaluated as excellent 21 feet, good 12 feet and fair 3 feet, with the excellent rate of 91.67%. Adverse reactions: 2 cases had exudation of operation incision, but self-healing after dressing change; 1 case had injury of sural nerve, the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.33%. Conclusion: the effect of internal fixation with reduction plate for calcaneal fracture is significant. The excellent and good rate of foot function recovery is high, and the incidence of adverse reactions is small. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
