摘要
【摘 要】目的：分析腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿在围手术期的护理效果。方法：选取 2017年 3月至 2018年 1月收治的采用腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿患者 110例，将其按照护理方式的不同分为研究组和对照组，两组各 55例。研究组采用围手术期护理；对照组采用常规护理，分析比较两组患者在护理前后的疗效指标。结果：在进行护理干预后，研究组患者的各项疗效指标都明显优于对照组（ p<0.05），差异显著，具有统计学意义。结论：采用围手术期护理模式干预腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿患者疗效显著，可明显提高患者的生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the nursing effect of laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cyst in perioperative period. Methods: 110 patients with ovarian cyst treated by laparoscopy from March 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different nursing methods, 55 cases in each group. The study group adopted perioperative nursing; the control group adopted routine nursing, and analyzed and compared the curative effect indexes of the two groups before and after nursing. Results: after nursing intervention, all the therapeutic indexes of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the peri operative nursing mode can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with ovarian cyst.
