摘要
【摘 要】 目的：分析一次性包皮吻合器、传统包皮环切术，应用于包皮手术中的效果。方法：使用随机平行分组方法，将我院 2018 年 7 月～ 2019 年 9 月撷取的 150 例包皮手术患者，分为研究组与参照组，两组人数均为 75 例。研究组实行一次性包皮吻合器环切术治疗，参照组实行传统包皮环切术治疗，对比两组的临床效果。结果：研究组的并发症发生率为 2.67% ，明显低于参照组的并发症发生率 14.67% ， P<0.05 。两组临床相关指标相比较差异显著， P<0.05 。结论：包皮手术中应用一次性包皮吻合器，可降低术后并发症发生率，虽然愈合时间稍长，但可减少患者的手术时间、术中出血量，因此建议在包皮手术中应用并推广。

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the effect of disposable prepuce stapler and traditional circumcision in prepuce surgery. Methods: 150 cases of prepuce surgery patients collected from July 2018 to September 2019 in our hospital were divided into study group and reference group by random parallel grouping method, with 75 cases in both groups. The study group was treated with one-time circumcision with stapler, while the reference group was treated with traditional circumcision. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the incidence of complications in the study group was 2.67%, significantly lower than that in the reference group (14.67%), P<0.05. There was significant difference in clinical related indexes between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of disposable prepuce anastomat in prepuce surgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. Although the healing time is slightly longer, it can reduce the operation time and intraoperative blood loss of patients. Therefore, it is recommended to apply and popularize it in prepuce surgery.
