摘要
【摘要】目的 研究分析经皮扩张气管切开术（ PDT）在重症医学科（ ICU）危重患者应用及护理。方法 此次研究的对象是选择 2015年 6月 -2017年 6月我院 38例经皮扩张气管切开术的危重患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并对手术前、中、后护理方法进行总结。结果 38例患者行经皮扩张气管切开术成功率 100%，均无并发症。结论经皮扩张气管切开术（ PDT）是一种微创快捷安全急救技术，在抢救危重患者中是不可少的重要手段。 PDT具有手术时间短，操作简便，损伤小，手术出血量少，易护理可在床边操作。适合 ICU危重患者的应用。

Objective to study and analyze the application and nursing of percutaneous dilatation tracheostomy (PDT) in critically ill patients in critical care medicine (ICU). Methods the objective of this study was to select the critically ill patients with 38 cases of percutaneous dilatation of tracheotomy in June -2017 June 2015. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, and the nursing methods before, during and after the operation were summarized. Results the success rate of percutaneous dilatation tracheostomy in 38 patients was 100% without complications. Conclusion percutaneous dilatation tracheostomy (PDT) is a minimally invasive, safe and first-aid technique. It is an important means to rescue critically ill patients. PDT has the advantages of short operation time, simple operation, less injury, less bleeding and easy operation. It is suitable for the application of ICU critical patients.
