摘要
【摘要】 目的 总结分析产妇产后会阴伤口愈合不良的主要原因及护理对策。方法 回顾性分析 15例分娩产后会阴伤口愈合不良患者会阴伤口愈合不良的影响因素及护理措施。结果 15例愈合不良患者中感染 4例（ 26.67%）、会阴局部血肿 3例（ 20.00%）、肠线吸收不良 3例（ 20.00%）、组织层次对合不良 2例（ 13.33%）、缝线过密阻碍会阴局部血运 1例（ 6.67%）、组织液化性坏死 1例（ 6.67%）， 便秘 1例（ 6.67%）。结论 产妇产后会阴伤口愈合不良的主要原因为伤口感染、局部血肿、缝合不良、侧切裂伤等， 加强围生期护理、提高助产技术可有效提高伤口愈合率， 减轻产妇的痛苦。

[Abstract] Objective To summarize and analyze the main causes and nursing countermeasures of the poor healing of perineum wound in puerperal women. Methods the influencing factors and nursing measures of 15 cases of perineum wound healing were analyzed retrospectively. Results among the 15 patients with poor Union, 4 were infected (26.67%), 3 were local hematoma of perineum (20.00%), 3 were intestinal malabsorption (20.00%), 2 were tissue level maladjustment (13.33%), 1 was obstructed by suture (6.67%), 1 was liquefied necrosis (6.67%), 1 was constipation (6.67%). Conclusion the main causes of poor perineum wound healing are wound infection, local hematoma, poor suture, side cut laceration, etc. strengthening perinatal care and improving midwifery technology can effectively improve wound healing rate and alleviate the pain of puerpera.
