摘要
【摘要】 目的 研究分析结肠癌合并肠梗阻的手术治疗方法及效果。方法 本院 2013年 6月～ 2016年 6月间收治的行手术治疗的结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者 67例， 对其临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果 67例患者手术具体方式包括Ⅰ期结肠切除吻合术、回肠 -横结肠侧侧吻合术、单纯造口等， 其中 57例患者行急诊手术， 10例患者行限期手术； 1例行急诊Ⅰ期结肠癌切除吻合以及横结肠造瘘者发生严重肺部感染死亡， 其余患者均治愈出院。行限期手术患者无吻合口瘘及切口感染发生， 行急诊手术患者发生吻合口瘘 2例， 切口感染 3例。结论 结肠癌合并肠梗阻需及时行手术治疗， 在治疗过程中需根据患者具体情况， 仔细权衡， 选择合适的术式， 以保证手术疗效， 减少手术损伤。

Abstract: Objective To investigate and analyze the surgical treatment of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction. Methods from June 2013 to June 2016, 67 cases of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction were treated in our hospital. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results 67 cases of patients with surgery including one-stage resection and anastomosis of colon and ileum transverse colon side to side anastomosis, colostomy, 57 cases underwent emergency surgery, 10 patients underwent elective operation; 1 cases underwent emergency one-stage resection and anastomosis of colon and transverse colostomy were occurrence of severe pulmonary infection died, the remaining patients were cured. There were no anastomotic leakage and wound infection in the scheduled operation, 2 cases had anastomotic stoma fistula, and 3 cases had incision infection. Conclusion colon cancer combined with intestinal obstruction should be treated in time. In the course of the treatment, we should carefully weigh and select the appropriate operation according to the specific conditions of patients, so as to ensure the curative effect and reduce the surgical injury.
