摘要 FeaturesofDSprocedure.TheWTOsystemisarule-basedinternationaltradingsystemasopposedtobeingapower-orientedtradingsystem.Itgivesstabilityandpredictabilitytointernationaltrade.Lookingatfiguresofdisputes,itisremarkablethatbetween1947-1994inwhichtheoldGATTsystemoperated,therewereabout300disputesonrecordandthat,from1995whentheWTOwasinitiatedto2003,therewereabout300disputes.
