摘要
摘要目的研究老年患者口腔修复的临床治疗特点和效果.方法选取我院２０１４年７月到２０１５年７月收治的６８例老年口腔疾病患者,采用病例分析法,对患者的治疗特点进行分析,同时对治疗效果进行随访调查.结果６８例老年患者中,５１(７５％)例行活动义齿修复,其中１５例为全口义齿修复、１９例为上半口义齿修复、１５例为下半口义齿修复、２例为唇复体修复,１７例患者为固定义齿修复,其中１０例为食物嵌塞、７例为上下颌骨间无咬接触,详见表１.患者出院后随访１年,无患者再次出现同类口腔问题,对于口腔修复效果的满意度方面,活动义齿修复患者的满意度为８６．２７％(４４/５１),固定义齿修复患者的满意度为８８．２４％(１５/１７).结论根据老年患者的口腔情况,制定合理的治疗方案,选择最佳的修复方式,可以提高修复的效果,提高老年人的生活质量.关键词老年患者;口腔修复;固定义齿;活动义齿AbstractobjectiveTostudytheclinicalcharacteristicsandeffectsoforalrehabilitationinelderlypatients．Methods６８casesofelderlypatientswithoraldiseasesinourhospitalfromJuly２０１４toJuly２０１５wereanalyzed,andthecharacteristicsoftreatmentwereanalyzed,andtheeffectoftreatmentwasfollowedup．Resultsin６８casesofelderlypatients,５１(７５％)casesofremovablepartialdenture,amongthem１５casesforcompletedenturerepair,１９casesfortheupperhalfdenture,１５casesoflowerhalfdenturerepair,２casesoflipcomplexrestorations,１７patientsforfixedpartialdenture,amongthem,１０casesforfoodimpaction,７casesforbetweenmaxillaandmandiblenobitecontact,seeTable１．Patientswerefollowedupfor１years,nopatientswereagainsimilaroralproblems,forthesatＧisfactionofdentalrestorationeffect,thesatisfactiondegreeofpatientswithremovabledenturerestorationwas８６．２７％(４４/５１),andthesatisfactionofpatientswithfixeddenturewas８８．２４％(１５/１７)．Conclusionaccordingtotheoralstatusofelderlypatients,todevelopareasonabletreatmentplan,choosethebestrepairway,caKneyimwporrodvsetheeffectofrepair,improvethequalityoflifeoftheelderly．elderlypatients;dentalrestoration;fixedpartialdenture中图分类号R３２２．４＋１文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０８８８－０１
