摘要
BasedontheanalysisofcoseismicdeformationinthemacroscopicepicentralregionextractedbyDifferentialInterferometricSyntheticApertureRadar(D-InSAR),andcombinedwiththeseismicactivity,focalmechanismsolutionsoftheearthquakeandfieldinvestigation,thecharacteristicofcoseismicdeformationofMS=8.1westernKunlunshanPassearthquakein2001wasresearched.ThestudyshowsthatitsepicenterliesinthenortheastsideofHohSaiHu;andtheseismogenicfaultinthemacroscopicepicentralregioncanbedividedintotwocentraldeformationfields:thewestandeastsegmentswiththelengthsof42kmand48km,respectively.Thewholefaultextendsabout90km.Fromthedistributionofinterferometryfringes,thecharacteristicofsinistralstrikeslipofseismogenicfaultcanbeidentifiedclearly.Thedeformationsonbothsidesofthefaultaredifferentwithanobviouslyhighervalueonthesouthside.Inthevicinityofmacroscopicepicenter,themaximumdisplacementinlookdirectionisabout288.4cmandtheminimumis224.0cm;themaximumsinistralhorizontaldislocationofseismogenicfaultnearthemacroscopicepicenteris738.1cmandtheminimumis551.8cm.
