摘要
摘要目的减轻人工流产未婚女性的心理压力,提高该群体自我保护意识及改善其身心健康.方法对入我院人工流产的６０例未婚女性进行心理护理,同时以５６例人工流产的未婚女性作为对照,对照组未采取任何心理护理.心理护理前后对两组女性进行焦虑自评量表(Self－ratingAnxietyScale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(Self－ratingdepressionscale,SDS)测评.结果接受心理护理后,试验组的SAS评分为３８．２±３．８,对照组为４３．８±６．７,两组比较有明显差异(P＜０．０５);SDS评分结果显示试验组低于对照组(分别为３７．６±３．２及４３．９±５．１),两组比较具有明显差异(P＜０．０５).结论心理护理对人工流产未婚女性的心理压力具有一定改善作用,值得在临床工作中采用.关键词心理护理,人工流产,未婚女性EffectofPsychologicalNursingonPsychologicalStressofUnmarriedWomenwithInducedAbortionXuXiao－ou１ZhangXiao－juan２(１TheAffiliatedHospitalofChongqingcitypopulationandfamilyplanningscienceandTechnologyResearchInstitute２ChongqingMedicalandPharmaceuticalCollege)AbstractobjectiveToalleviatethepsychologicalstressofwomenwithinducedabortionandstrengthentheawarenessofself－preservationandimprovetheirhealth．MethodsAtotalof６０unmarriedwomenwithinducedabortionwerereceivedpsychologicalnursingand５６unmarriedwomeninducedabortionasconＧtrol,whohadnotgottenpsychologicalnursing．AllthewomeninthisstudyweretestedbyusingSAS(Self－ratingAnxietyScale)andSDS(Self－ratingdepressionscale)beforeandafterpsychologicalnursing．ResultsTherewerenostatisticaldifferencebetweenthetwogroupsinscoresofSASandSDSbeforepsychologicalnursing,however,thescoresofSASandSDSwerebothlowerthanthoseofcontrolgroupsafterpsychologicalnursing．ConclusionPsychologicalnursingcouldalＧleviateKtehyewposrydcshologicalstressofunmarriedwomenwithinducedabortionandbeworthusinginclinicalworks．Psychologicalnursing;Inducedabortion;Unmarriedwomen中图分类号R４７３．７１文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０９６３－０２
