摘要
摘要目的研究在直肠癌患者临床治疗过程中,腹腔镜直肠癌手术与传统开腹直肠癌手术的临床应用效果.方法主要选取２０１３年４月至２０１５年５月我院收治的直肠癌患者６８例,按照手术实施方式进行均匀分组,对照组患者主要进行传统开腹手术治疗,观察组患者主要进行腹腔镜直肠癌手术治疗,研究分析两组患者手术治疗有效情况.结果经过两组患者手术治疗,在患者临床治疗相关指标上,观察组明显优于对照组,且在患者手术治疗有效情况以及患者术后并发症发生情况上,观察组也明显优于对照组.结论腹腔镜直肠癌手术治疗效果较显著.关键词传统开腹手术;腹腔镜手术;直肠癌;临床疗效;对比AbstractObjectivetostudyintheprocessofclinicaltreatmentofpatientswithrectalcancer,laparoscopiccolorectalcancersurgeryandtraditionalopencolorectalsurgeryclinicalapplicationeffect??MethodthemainselectionbetweenApril２０１３andMay２０１３,ourhospital６８casesofpatientswithrectalcancer,acＧcordingtotheoperationimplementuniformgroupintheformofthecontrolgrouppatientsmainlytraditionallaparotomysurgerytreatment,observationgroupofpatientswithprimarylaparoscopiccolorectalcancersurgerytreatment,researchandanalysistwogroupsofpatientswithsurgicaltreatmenteffectively??Resultsaftertwogroupsofpatientswithsurgicaltreatmentinpatientswithclinicaltreatmentonrelevantindicators,observationgroupwasbetterthancontrolgroup,andinpatientswithpostoperativecomplicationsinpatientswithsurgicaltreatmentandeffective,theobservationgroupisobviouslybetterthanthecontrolgroup??Conclusionlaparoscopiccolorectalcancersurgeryeffectissignificant??Keywordstraditionallaparotomy;Laparoscopicsurgery;Rectalcancer;Clinicalcurativeeffect;contrast中图分类号R７３５．３文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－００２１－０１
