Bragg Reflection of Waves by Different Shapes of Artificial Bars-中国期刊网

摘要 ExperimentsareperformedinawaveflumetodemonstratetheBraggreflectionoflineargravitywavesbyartificialbars.Threedifferentartificialbarswithrectangular,triangularandrectifiedcosinoidalshapesareplaceddiscretelyontheseabedformeasurementoftheBraggreflection.Aseriesofexperimentalconditionsincludingthenumberofbars,thepe-riodicbarspacing,thewaterdepthandvariouswaveconditionsaretested.KeyparametersinfluencingtheBraggreso-nancesareinvestigated.Theexperimentaldataarecomparedwiththevaluesfromboththeoreticalandnumericalmodels.Somekeyparametershaveprovedtobeeffectiveindescribingtheprimaryresonances.Predictiveequationsofthecharac-teristicsfortheBraggreflectionareproposedinthispaper.
