摘要 Inrecentyears,theredtideeruptedfrequently,andcausedagreateconomicloss.Atpresent,mostliteraturesemphasizetheacademicresearchonthegrowthmechanismofredtidealga.Inordertofindoutthecharactersofredtideindetailandimprovetheprecisionofforecast,thispapergivessomenewapproachestodealingwiththeredtide.Bytheextremevalues,wedealwiththeredtidefrequencyanalysisandgettheestimationofT-timesredtidelevelU(T),whichistheleveloncetheconsistenceofredtidealgaexceedsontheaverageinaperiodofTtimes.
