摘要
摘要目的通过对两种不同方式疝修补术的临床观察,了解针对２型腹股沟疝何种术式更具优越性.方法回顾分析２０１０年３月~２０１４年４月我院普外科收治的术中诊断２型腹股沟疝患者１５７例,术中根据内环口直径大小判断为２型腹股沟疝后再随机分为A、B两组.A组使用巴德补片行疝环填充式无张力疝修补,B组使用强生超普疝装置(UHSL)补片行开放式腹膜前间隙疝修补.对比两组住院费用、手术时间、术后复发、术后切口感染及术后异物感的发生率.结果两组在住院费用、手术时间、术后疼痛、术后异物感差异有统计学意义;在术后复发及切口感染差异无统计学意义.结论对２型腹股沟疝修补方式中腹膜前间隙疝修补术比疝环填充式无张力疝修补有优势.关键词疝,腹股沟;疝修补术;腹膜前间隙ComparisonanalysisofHerniaringfillingandpreperitonealspaceherniarepairforinguinalhernia(Ⅱ)DengZhixin,WangGuanghua．DepartmentofGeneralSurgery,PanzhihuaIntegratedTradiionalChineseandWesternMedicineHospital,Panzhihua６１７０００,ChinaAbstractObjectiveTocomparetheclinicaleffectswithinguinalherniasurgeryindifferentways,andfindoutwhichoneisthebesttreatmentforinguinalhernia(Ⅱ)．MethodsAtotalof１５７caseswithinguinalhernia(Ⅱ)underwentherniarepairinmyhospitalfromMarch２０１０toApril２０１４wereretrospectivelyanaＧlyzed．ThetwogroupsweredividedintoAandBaccordingtotherandomprinciple．Agroupusingbardfilltabletsofherniaringfillingtension－freeherniarepair,groupBusedJohnson&Johnson(theuhsl)fillpieceopenpreperitonealspacerepair．Comparedwiththetwogroupsofhospitalizationexpenses,operationtime,postoperativerecurrence,woundinfection,postoperativeforeignbodysensation．ResultsThediverseofhospitalcosts,operationtime,postoperationpain,foreignbodysensationhassignificance．Therewasnostatisticallysignificantdifferenceinpostoperativerecurance,woundinfectionbetweenthesetwogroups．ConclusionPreperKiteoynewaolrsdpsaceherniarepairisbetterthanthatofHerniaringfillingtypeforinguinalhernia(Ⅱ)．Hernia,inguinal;Herniorrhaphy;Peritonealclearancebefore．中图分类号R６５６．２文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０６７６－０１
