摘要
Theextractivereactionprocessofoxygen-workingsolution-waterthree-phasesystemfortheproductionofhydrogenperoxidebytheanthraquinonemethodwasinvestigatedinasieveplatecolumnof50mmininternaldiameter.Theoxidationreactionofanthrahydroquinoneintheworkingsolutionwithoxygenandtheextractionofhydrogenperoxidefromtheworkingsolutionintoaqueousphaseoccurredsimultaneouslyinthecountercurrentmode.Theagitatingeffectcausedbygaseousphasemadethedropletsofthedispersedphasebecomesmaller,thus,increasingtheliquid-liquidinterfacialcontactareasandresultingintheimprovementofthemasstransfervelocity.Resultsshowedthatthegas-agitationhadabeneficialeffectontheextractionofhydrogenperoxidefromtheworkingsolutionintotheaqueousphase;theconcentrationofhydrogenperoxideintheraffinatedecreasedwiththeincreaseofthegaseoussuperficialvelocities;andtheconcentrationofH2O2intheraffinateincreasedwiththeincreaseofthedispersedphasesuperficialvelocityatthesamesuperficialvelocityofthegaseousphase.IntheG-L-Lextractivereactionprocess,withtheincreaseofthegaseoussuperficialvelocities,boththeconversionoftheanthrahydroquinoneoxidationandtheextractionefficiencyofhydrogenperoxidefirstincreasedsignificantly,thenincreasedgradually.
