摘要
摘要目的探讨糖尿病合并天疱疮低蛋白血症患者的护理效果.方法选取２０１０年５月－至２０１５年５月来治疗的８８例糖尿病合并天疱疮伴低蛋白血症患者实施研究,把患者随机分为两组,常规组传统护理干预,综合组优质护理干预,比较护理效果.结果综合组空腹血糖控制情况、皮损痊愈率、并发症和住院时间均明显优于常规组,(P＜０．０５)有统计学意义.结论对糖尿病合并天疱疮伴低蛋白血症患者实施优质护理干预效果确切,对改善患者病情有重要意义.关键词糖尿病;天疱疮;低蛋白血症;护理观察DiabeticpatientswithhypoalbuminemiawithpemphigusnursingobservationAbstractObjectivetostudythediabeticpatientswithpemphigushypoalbuminemianursingeffect．MethodsinMay２０１０－２０１５inMaytotreat８８casesofdiabeticpatientswithhypoalbuminemiawithpemphigusimplementationstudy,thepatientswererandomlydividedintotwogroups,conventionalgroupoftraditionalnursingintervention,maintaininghighqualitynursingintervention,comparenursingeffect．Resultsmaintainingfastingglucosecontrolsituation,theskinhealingrate,complicationsandlengthofhospitalstayweresignificantlybetterthantheconventionalgroup,(P＜０．０５)wasstatisticallysignificant．ConclusionthediabeticpatientswithhypoalbuminemiawithpemphigusimplementhighqualitynursinginＧterventKieoynwefofredcstisexact,hasimportantsignificancetoimprovethepatientcondition．diabetes;Pemphigus．Hypoalbuminemia．Nursingobservation中图分类号R４７３．５文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０５２６－０２
